IHQ Farewell Ceremony

The Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. hosted a commemorative program to honor and acknowledge the history and memories of the headquarters of the organization at 145 Kennedy Street in Washington, D.C.

The IHQ will be transformed into a two story building that will include 35 affordable senior-living apartments and 6,000 square feet of new office space. The project is in partnership with Peebles Corporation, which is lead by Bro. R. Donahue Peebles Jr.
