We intentionally focus on supporting young men of color throughout the Los Angeles area through our mentorship initiative. From conversations series, cultural events, and scholarship opportunities, we guide young men in elementary, middle, and high school.
This summer, we ignited the pathway of education— raising $24K+ towards scholarships.

Conclave Tampa 2025 will supply Sigma Brothers and their guests an extraordinary conference experience with a three-fold purpose: “Dream BIG, Act BOLD, Always BELIEVE”. The Men of Sigma will convene to complete the legislative duties of the organization, while elevating social justice, economic empowerment for minority businesses and programmatic achievement.
